Galilean Relativity: Advice to Our Younger Selves

A Day 1 Partner, David Byrne, had a simply fantastic idea. He suggested that we have a running list of advice for our younger selves.

Galilean Relativity states that we can never truly understand, define, or grasp a system we are part of. This is why 30-year-old us can so clearly see the mistakes 20-year-old us made, but they were invisible to us when we were younger. The irony is that 40-year-old-us will very clearly see the mistakes we are making today! Through this running list, we can leverage and benefit from other partners’ experiences, mitigating some of our blind spots and hopefully helping us reduce the mistakes we make and the stress that results from them.
