Onboarding Process Flow

We are aiming to build an onboarding process which adds some friction, self-selecting for those (like you!) who are most excited and willing to go all-in on our resource and community. The point is not to be exclusive, we simply want those who consider joining to be a “hell yeah” decision, not those who are “kinda” interested. We are convinced that this creates a much more personal, intimate, trustworthy, deep, and valuable community in the long-run.

With that being said, we’d love your input on how this process could be improved upon. You’ve each been through it and are therefore perfectly qualified to tell us how it can be better. Was any part of it confusing or annoying? Should we add any other steps or questions? What else? Thank you!
